the hardest thing about having a dog isn't the potty training.it is the fact of how the dog will be either friendly or agressive and how the dog greets people and how loyal the dog will be...example:the dog will not run far if it ever goes out.

From all the books I have read the breeders have taken the full sized bull terriers and bred them with Parsons Jack Russel Terriers. The temperment, stubbornesss, and all the cuteness is the same for all. This is definitely not the dog for those who lack a tremendous amount of patience and you must not back down or even once allow a manipulation or you will spend the next 6 months trying to correct it. Having owned both breeds ( 3 Jacks-simultaneously ) and a mini bull I can say the mini is the most stubborn and difficult to train. She is smart, very energetic and wants her way and with the Jacks these traits are also common, but they are willing to "work for treats" and learn after a few repetitions whereas the mini relys on her being more stubborn and cute and assumes you will give in first.

They most certainly are adorable! Miniature Bull Terriers are a smaller breed than Standard Bull Terriers. They have much the same personality of course, just a more compact size really. They are my personal favorite breed of all time, ever since I was a child. Hence my screen name of bullterrierchick. =P And brindle on ANY animal is shear and utter WIN! xD
